Orders can be placed via our online store. Simply add your preferred items to cart, then select from the available delivery/collection options and follow the prompts through to checkout.

We encourage you to place your order as early as possible, so that we can source plenty of the very best seasonal blooms from our suppliers.

Need flowers delivered with a little more urgency? We offer same-day delivery for any orders placed before 11am on weekdays*

Yes! Our store is located at 213a Balaclava Rd, Caulfield North VIC 3161.

We’re open Wednesday to Sunday (excluding public holidays).

Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, our product images should be considered a guide only.

Your flowers may include substitutions where necessary, but will always be inspired by the look, feel and theme of your chosen arrangement.

Please get in touch as soon as possible to let us know if you would like to cancel or make changes to your order.

We require notice at least one day prior to delivery for change of mind cancellations, as due to the perishable nature of our products we cannot refund orders once an arrangement has been made.

Non-perishable items may be eligible for a refund if returned in new condition.

Delivery

Ramble delivers flowers within metropolitan Melbourne. Our flowers are delivered using an external courier service with experienced drivers.

Please use the postcode checker below to confirm delivery is available in your area.

Any applicable delivery fees are distance based and are calculated using the delivery address.

Yes! Ramble offers same-day delivery for orders placed before 11am on weekdays.*

On weekends we currently offer in-store collection only.

For future dates, please use the delivery date selector at checkout.

*Same-day delivery may not be available during peak periods.

We require a recipient name, phone number and complete address for all deliveries.

For deliveries to hospitals, providing the ward name and bed number will help ensure your flowers are delivered to the right place. We recommend confirming with the hospital before placing your order, as some hospitals and wards cannot accept deliveries of flowers.

As a guide, most deliveries are made between 12pm and 6pm.

In order to provide the best delivery rates possible, our couriers deliver in efficiency based runs. We are not able to offer specific delivery times.

Please contact us if you require a narrower delivery window as we may be able to organise a priority courier for an additional fee.

If no-one is present at the time of delivery our couriers will attempt to contact the recipient using the contact details provided to us.

Unsuccessful deliveries will be returned us if our courier cannot contact the recipient or find a safe place to leave your order.

If this does occur, we will then contact the purchaser to organise a free collection or redelivery for an additional fee.  

Please note that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the delivery address provided to us is secure.

EVENTS

Yes! Our skilled team of florists have extensive experience with all types of events.

For weddings, please use our wedding guide to learn more about our consultation process and submit an enquiry using our wedding enquiry form.

For all other events, including funerals, corporate and private functions, please use our event enquiry form.

No, we do not offer set packages for weddings.

Every couple is different, so we prefer to work with our nearlywed couples to create bespoke arrangements that are perfectly suited to your special day.

FLOWER CARE

Lucky you! We only use the freshest possible flowers here at Ramble, so we recommend following the below instructions to take good care of your blooms and maximise their vase life (and your enjoyment!).

 

Vase Arrangements:

  • Upon delivery, top up the water in the vase to ensure it is full.
  • Continue to check daily, ensuring an adequate water level is maintained and all stems are fully submerged. Change water completely every two days.
  • Remove any wilted blooms as necessary.
  • Keep in a cool place, away from direct sunlight, drafts and air conditioning.

Bouquets:

  • Upon delivery, please remove all wrapping and packaging from your bouquet.
  • Cut about 1cm off the bottom of all stems at a 45-degree angle and immediately place the flowers into a full vase of fresh water, ensuring all stems are submerged.
  • Continue to check daily, ensuring an adequate water level is maintained and all stems are fully submerged. Change water completely every two days.
  • Remove any wilted blooms as necessary.
  • Keep in a cool place, away from direct sunlight, drafts and air conditioning.

 

Typically, cut flowers will last between 3-7 days. The exact life will depend on the type of flower and the conditions they are kept in.
