Ramble is proud to deliver the freshest blooms to our customers and their recipients.
If you feel that your flowers have not arrived in the best condition or have not lasted at least 3 days with proper care, please do not hesitate to get in touch to let us know as soon as possible. Once we have confirmed that our flower care guide has been followed we will do our best to rectify the situation in accordance with our terms.
As flowers are perishable items, their life expectancy is totally dependant on how they are treated. Please make sure flowers have the ends trimmed and are placed into water within 2 hours of receipt. If flowers are not put into water promptly they may die. Leaving flowers in direct sunlight or in a hot (Eg the boot of a car) or windy environment will affect their life expectancy.
To ensure maximum life flowers should have their ends trimmed and water changed every couple of days. Please follow our general care tips, or contact us if you need advice on how to best care for your specific flowers. Ramble is not responsible for flower care after flowers have been delivered.
The flowers pictured on our website are a guide only and may be substituted if the flowers pictured are unavailable. Your flowers will be inspired by the look, feel and theme of your chosen product. When making substitutions we will always choose the most beautiful flowers available.
Flowers and plants as perishable items are generally non-refundable.
Change of mind gift items can be exchanged if returned to us in their original condition within 7 days.
Please note that this policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or replacement. Please contact us within this time if you have experienced any issues.
